Miller's Fossils was established in 1972 as both a fossil dealer and supplier to natural history museum gift shops across the country. Don Miller, of Wilmington Delaware, acquired the business in 1997 as an extension of his love of, and fascination with, fossils. Since then, Don has disbanded the museum business to focus solely on fossils.

Don has written and published fossil books, become president of the Delaware Valley Paleontological Society, donated fossil specimens to the New Jersey State Museum, Florida Museum of Natural History, Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History, and the Smithsonian Institution. He awaits the decision as to whether the Oligocene lizard jaw he found in Nebraska is determined to be a new species.

His overriding principle in the fossil business has been to sell only the best fossils. Whether it's a $5 fossil or a $5,000 fossil, it will be the best fossil you can get for your money.
